Have Sensaball, Will Travel!

Anna Briggs from Flock Stock and Basil recently took her Sensaball prototype for a month of adventures in Singapore and Sri Lanka. The Sensaball went everywhere with her, from boardwalks to cobblestones, rocky pathways to potholed rural roads, and anywhere in between. She even tried it out on train tracks!

Here is a video snapshot of her adventures with Sensaball.

(Description: video shows the Sensaball travelling smoothly along a number of different surfaces, filmed from the perspective of the user. Surfaces include a tiled footpath with tactile paving, stairs, a pebble inlaid pathway, a boardwalk, an airport travelator, a roughly paved temple floor, a rural bitumen road, and some bumpy rural dirt pathways. At the end of the video, there is an image of the Sensaball having a ‘swim’ in a hotel pool after a long day of exploring in the heat, and finally an image of the Sensaball all tucked in to a hotel bed.)
