How do I care for my Sensaball?
Before going indoors, move your Sensaball in a circular motion on your door mat. This will remove any dirt from outdoors.
If your Sensaball becomes dirty, or does not seem to be smoothly rolling in any direction:
1. Hold the Sensaball under continuous running water.
2. Turn the ball until it runs freely again.
3. If it does not run freely after rinsing under cold water, try rinsing it under warm to hot water.
4. Dry with a clean cloth, tissue or paper towel.
What is your Warranty?
I would like to distribute the Sensaball in my country, where do I start?
I have a South Korean or Chinese Telescoping cane, how do I attach the Sensaball?
Remove the existing tip in a vice per the following instructions:
1. Place tip section of cane in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
2. Place heated cane end in vice with tip protruding approximately 2 cm from the vice. Ensure only the narrowest part of the bottom of the cane is placed in the vice.
3. With pliers, hold the cane tip and firmly pull pliers back towards vice so that there is force applied to the tip. Cane tip should come off. This may have to be done several times ie. place tip in freshly boiled water and try again.
4. Water must not be allowed to cool before you take the heated cane tip out of the hot water.
5. Wrap 2-3 layers of electrical tape around the end of the cane, 2 inches from the tip. This ensures that the Sensaball fits firmly despite the narrow width of this cane.
If you live in or near Melbourne, Australia, you may be able to bring your cane to our workshop in Ringwood so that we can remove the original tip for you. Please contact us via email info@sensaball.com.au to arrange this.
