Thank you for choosing Sensaball. We stand behind the quality and durability of our cane tips and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage
Sensaball products are covered by an 18-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
If your Sensaball cane tip is found to be defective during this period, we will—subject to assessment—repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Misuse, improper care, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorised modifications, alterations, or custom adjustments
• Use beyond the product’s intended purpose or recommended conditions
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Sensaball complies fully with all statutory obligations.
